His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai announced a council to enhance the quality of citizens digital life will be set up in the UAE, the Cabinet. The new council will have the responsibility to secure the digital environment in the country.
The National Council for Quality of Digital Life will observe the execution of policies and programmes about this. It will develop awareness about safe digital practices and boost the community to use technology for good. It will review all the present regulations and create a study based upon recommendations given by multiple branches.
It will review the laws executed throughout the country and make initiatives and programmes to enhance digital life’s quality.
National Council for Quality of Life was also approved by the cabinet. The council will bolster and consolidate policies, programmes and ideas regarding improving citizen’s quality of life.
